Too many emails
Everyone is communicating - No one is talking
I find it somewhat amusing the amount of work emails that are sent around. A lot of these are "I'll just keep them in the loop", I don't need to be kept "in the loop". This even applies to people within the same office that are only a few feet away. Never mind someone in the same department in the next office, a few meters away.
What happens to all these emails? Why they get filed on the server of course because the mailbox is only a limited size. This does of course mean that there can be the same same email or attachment is saved onto the server multiple times by multiple people in their own different location.
A similar thought can also be applied to text messages sent between people in the same meeting, yes I have seen this. It seems to be the new way to pass notes. Yet somehow with all of our electronic messages, emails, documents we seem to be creating more paper waste than ever before.
Nice one I have told loads of people I know to join but some people just think it's a scam or something or they think it won't last but I think it's gonna be the biggest one day 👍
