Lessons I have learnt from Elon musk's life so far.

Elon Musk! Does the name ring a bell? Probably 'yes' for those deeply into entrepreneurship, but for the sake of those who are yet to hear about this Elon freaking musk, Hahaha I do like to take pride in introducing him to you.
Elon musk is considered to be a serial entrepreneur of South African origin. He later moved to Canada from where he was able to migrate into America in order to chase the American dream (he definitely achieved it though it was not easy). To cut the long story short, he attended University of Pennsylvania . In 1995, immediately after his graduation, he went on to founding Zip2,

Compaq later bought the company for 203million dollars, of which he made 22million dollar from it. Not relenting, he went on to cofounding a company that ended up becoming PayPal which was later bought by Ebay for 1.5billion dollars. Instead of hanging around and splashing his money on flashy life style, he left Silicon Valley for Los Angeles where he injected about $100 million into his dream company 'SpaceX, a space company. $70 million to TESLA, an electric car manufacturing company and $10 million into Solarcity, a solar panel company. With few already said about this renowned entrepreneur. Let's dig through some lessons that can be learnt from his life.

Dream 'Incredibly' Big.
As a child, his dream has always been to be in space, today we could see how far this dream of his has taking him. He has gone on to founding SpaceX (a rocket company), which has gone on to be profitable.

Stay on track no matter what happened
Elon has been ousted twice from his post as the CEO of the company he founded himself. Some people ended up saying he is not a CEO ' material ' . Today he is the CEO of two companies (TESLA and SpaceX), which are both listed in 'Hired' as one of the Top 10 tech companies you will ever work for.

Be innovative
In his biography, Elon musk:Tesla,SpaceX and the Quest for a fantastic future by Ashlee Vance. He talked about how they manage to create every part of the rocket while outsourcing only few. This is what other Space companies don't do. Some space company even pride in wasting about $200 million plus in outsourcing their rocket parts. This is a No No for Elon Musk.

Be Fast and Consistent
While been slow and steady wins the race, in a fast changing world like ours, fast and consistency seems to be the order of the day. Elon musk practically launches his Rocket every month. This is two times the average rocket launched by other space companies.

Never give up
Do you know that SpaceX 's rocket launch was never successful until the 4th launch. Imagine investing millions and having nothing to show for it till the fourth launch . Yes! That's Elon musk for you.

While Elon musk may be celebrated as one of the most successful entrepreneurs of the 21st century, it's worthy to note that his dream is to put human in Mars and I personally hope he achieves that .
When I kicked up my Cresthub journey, I knew it was not going to be easy, but looking at well made entrepreneurs like Elon musk , I know the future is bright and I look forward to light at the end of the tunnel. You too can be great .
