An overview of Whitepaper - Project Eloncity

Hi, From this article I'm basically trying to give you an overall idea about the whitepaper document of the project Eloncity. I have released two articles before this one and I welcome you all to read them and take a general idea about the project Eloncity before reading this article.

As I mentioned previously this document is totally different from ordinary whitepapers because this is full of technical details and technical features. Project Eloncity is related to the field of Energy and Electrical Engineering. So you need to have a sound knowledge in those fields to understand the technical aspects of this project.
