The Elk Finance involuntary utility - Part 2

In a previous article I mentioned about an involuntary - but very useful - Elk Finance utility.

Today I would like to spoil you a second one, which is actually really cool.

Again, I'm not here to tell you that Elk Finance is a gateway which you could use to move funds from-and-to any of the 21 (and counting) chains, and I'm not here to say to have a look into the high-yelds incentivized farms and to understand the Impermanent Loss Protection insurance, no! I'm not saying that now, I am here to say that Elk Finance could pull you out from troubles when needed!

Yep my friend, listen to me:

I bet it already happened to you at least once (or maybe much more times) that you wrongly moved some funds to an address/chain and you realized you don't have gas on that chain/address to move back those funds too late, right?

Well, I bet it happened to you already because it could happens in many situations: when you withdraw tokens from an Exchange or when you jump from a chain to another chain, or when a friend transfers some tokens to you but he sends them in a different chain.

NO WORRIES!!
Elk Finance helps on that!

When you need to startup a new address to get it ready for use, or when you need to pull out some tokens you sent in a wrong chain, what you can do is to just go on Elk Finance ELKNet section from ANY address and any supported chain, and what you need to do is to jump a couple of ELK from the chain you daily use to the target chain.

IMPORTANT: While doing the operation, you should mark the "Swap $ELK 1 for gas" tick and you have to insert the target address, if it differs from the one you are using now.

According to the image above, it is going to send 2 $ELK from Avalanche to BitTorrent chain to the [ADDRESS] address that I need to fill, and since I've selected the "Swap $ELK 1 for gas", it will convert 1 $ELK into the gas coin by default, so In the Bittorrent chain I will be funded with the equivalent of 1 $ELK in $BTTC coin!

That's really useful because it let you start working in any chains by spending only a very few commission (0.1 $ELK according to the picture for Bittorrent chain).

So you can faucet yourself and fund any address with the gas coin to get ready to operate, without bothering others to send you 0.01$ in gas coin to let you do the first swap! Now you are indipendent and you could do by yourself in minutes or seconds!
