Elf on a Shelf Contest from @armshippie
@armshippie has set up an Elf on the Shelf Contest for Steemit and asked me to join in. This is my first year for the Elf with our son Caleb so I am excited to share what ideas I have used and see what others have used as well. I have already posted a couple pictures on my blog about some of the things our Elf has been up to if you want to check those out, but for now, here's what you have not seen yet.
Caleb got up waayyy before his alarm clock (he was up at 5:30) to see what Jingle Bells had been up to overnight. He walked into the living room to find his Elf hanging from the ceiling fan with his Spider Man mask on.
I found blog https://www.simplemadepretty.com/free-printable-elf-on-the-shelf-super-hero-costumes-works-for-barbie-too/ called Simple Made Pretty and she has free printable superhero mask and costumes for the Elf.
A little tape and some string and you have a superhero of an Elf. :)

Thanks!! I almost got caught this morning by my son.....I have got to be more careful or else the Elf won't have much meaning next year. LOL
