Elementh's Workshop

Our team is steadily improves the way we work and cooperate. Fortunately, we have opportunities and space, and an excellent coach helping us to learn more about team development.

Todays workshop is called "5 Team Faults". It started with a game and turned into an extensive working meeting. Within the session, the Elementh team learned more about the members' personal characteristics and skills, features of a productive meetup and benefits of cooperation. In a more practical and tangible plane, goals for mid-term development were clarified at the working meeting.

Inspiration and awareness - that's what Elementh enhanced at the workshop! And all that - to work better for the good of our followers and investors!
