Elektra coin ICO is over

As of writing this im sure by know all of you know something is not going right with elekta coin, there website,facebook and twitter pages are down. Looks like the guy that start the ico lived in New York, and in that state you have to have a license to sell cryptocurrency ico's because there apparently have been some problems with these things popping up and not keeping there word. Anyhow looks like this guy named Bruno Kachinski got into it with the guy behind elektra coin, and is who dropped the ball on how there was no licence. So it even went as far as Bruno exposing who was behind elektra his name is Brock Burkett and there is a picture of him floating around the internet. So if you are in the same position as me your pretty pissed at these people cause they have taken our money and ran, just don't know how far they will get. Let me know how you feel about this issue I would like to hear your opinion.
