Portrait making with watercolour and I choose to make something interesting and beautiful this time and hopefully you will make this memorable art more delightful and memorable.
Here is the complete process how I made this portrait and this is the copy of another portrait made by Anonymous but very elegant and talented artist which can be seen in the quality of artwork.
I am still in a very primary stage and can't dare to compare my artwork with this painting so the rest decision is on the table of my friends and followers as how close I am to the original portrait please keep in mind before comparison I am a student of Art and the portrait I copied maybe a well-known artist.

That's a nice picture, @impression, and I'm glad you are learning and trying to develop your own skills :D It's nice that you also show the original artist's picture, because it is important that all artists respect each other's arts :)
you are pretty good! watercolor as a medium is a lot harder than oil painting. you can definitely work at least one more layer with less water to add the details like the grass blades in the original :) still great work! I can imagine you will improve fast and reach amazing levels :D
