In 2021, with the help of GSLV rocket NISAR satellite will be launched into the space which will also be a proud moment for all human beings. NISAR is said to be the costliest satellite till date. This satellite will click snap of earth every week and will be so much powerful that under the earth’s tectonic plate, ice layer melting and even a little change in forest areas could be captured. NISAR will be utilized specially for Arctic and Antartic region’s ice-berg melting, etc. data analysis by capturing earth’s image and image sensing and will benefit entire humanity.
The mini version of NISAR satellite has already been developed and is being tested initially by rotating it in the areas of Ahmedabad, India. ISRO has an aircraft named Beechcraft Super King B200, the mini version of NISAR satellite is fixed on the top of it, and is collecting data by making the aircraft fly above the sea level of 8 Km in the areas of Ahmedabad, there it will be tested for three months, and the analysis of the captured images will be done, also the data will be sent to NASA. After the testing of its initial stage, same testing will be done in the 39 cities of India for the coming 3 years continuously covering the region of entire India. The total data will be collected and will also be sent to NASA during its final stage of testing and when in 2021 the NISAR satellite will be launched, with the help of these collected data it will be utilized for successful launching of the satellite for the benefit of the entire human races.
