Simple and easy explanation for Electronics

Hello guys! Welcome to my first lesson of Electronics. Before getting into the explanation, lets us know what does Electronics means. There are different definitions and explanations given but I will put it short and simple, so it will be easy to understand. Electronics means, flow of electrons in a conductors, gases and vacuums. We can also control the flow of electrons using different circuits ( which we will learn later).

A very simple and basic example is, tap(used for water supply in houses), think, water which is flowing from the tap is the flow of electrons and the nob acts as a circuit which control the flow of electrons whereas the material acts as conductor, gas or vacuum( it is nothing but wires or tracks)

Lets make this little easy, flow of electrons is nothing but current. In our day-to-days life we use electronic device for our comfort which runs on current. So current is flow of current.

Alternating Current which is also called AC are commonly used for electrically appliances such as Celling Fans, Refrigerator, Mixer and many other. Whereas Direct current is used for electronic appliances such as Television, Computers, Mobiles, watches, etc (Now you will tell computers and television works on AC i.e. Mains, correct but there is a converter inside which converts AC current to DC current, which we will discuss later).

I think that for today this much is enough. Remember we are here to discuss and understand. Slowly we will master electronics.
