Another Nissan Leaf Tip
Nissan Leaf has its charger outlet in the front of the car under a smal hatch. This is great... when its not snowing...
My easy fix to this is to use a small towel that i fold 4 times alongside the towel, that part goes against the upper part of the hatch when its open and that completely shuts out snow.
This is how it should be "mounted".. the towel is hanging over the hatchet and over its sides.
F**K! I hate snow!! its everywhere!!! do something!! (its to late at this stage if you did not fix it earlier ;)
Brush away the snow and remove the towel and you have a nice clean outlet still and your car is good to go one day longer..
Driving an electric car in winter is awesome, it just starts and runns in ALL wethers.. -29 is the record this winter and there was NO problem at all.
