COLD CUTS - NITRITES - FOOD DYES and CANCER

The preservatives SODIUM NITRATE and SODIUM NITRITE widely used in processed meats and other foods are carcinogenic (cancer causing). READ LABELS! ... Don’t buy foods with these harmful preservatives in them.
Readily available and labeled are “Nitrate-Free”. The greater wisdom is to avoid ALL processed food. The more any food is processed, the less the nutritional value is in that food.

The other highly carcinogenic additive is used widely as well.... FOOD DYES ... Red dye #___ , Blue dye # ___ , Yellow dye#___ ... You get the picture! ... ALL FOOD DYES NO MATTER WHAT NUMBER! .... All the candy that is sold everywhere! Skiddles, M&M’s, EVERYONE of them ... Just loaded with food dyes in every color. All the parents that buy Halloween candy to put in the bags of alll the trick or treaters ... Your CHILDREN! The only dyes that are OK in food are natural dyes, say from beets, carrots, or other vegetables.
