Is this the right time to buy Video Cards?

All of you are now confuse because of the market prices of each video cards have gone a lot higher than before. and noticed that all manufacturers are out of stocks.

Well this is because of mining ethereum. a current crypto currency in the market which is getting higher and higher. that is why every miner is on for ethereum mining.

From what i have heard in our place. I am about to upgrade my video card to a GTX 1060 but my problem is every store that i go into has run out of stocks. other than that all second hand video cards now are a lot higher that before because of this mining crisis.

I think today in not the right time to upgrade a video card. just let the hype pass. so that the video cards will be on the right price.
