How much does it cost to visit Egypt?
Have you ever think about visiting Egypt? This country is amazing in many ways because it almost have all types of truism, from medical, religion and historical truism to culture and adventure travel truism, but how much exactly does it cost? Well Egypt is one of the cheapest countries you could ever visit in the world, basically I’m going to talk about 4 main things that any traveler focus on which is (accommodation, food, transportation, and attractions) , I’m not going into flight prices because it differ widely from country to another.
Accommodation, Egypt have a variety of accommodation prices you could have a 4$ (USD) room and you could have a 150$ room, it depends on what level of luxury you want, but in general the median prices are from 6 to 15 dollars per night, for that price you can have a good room with your own bathroom.
Food, when it comes to food Egypt have a really great cheap food! You can have a breakfast for only 1 Dollar, or you could have a “Falafel” sandwich for only 0.12 cent which is 2 Egyptian pounds, for a lunch meal it cost from 3 to 7 dollars, and it can be even cheaper if you wanted!
Transportation, in Egypt transportation is also cheap as food, basically the transportation between different cities (for a 12 hours ride by train or bus) cost from 4 to 10 dollars only depends on the class you choose, and it can be as cheap as 2 dollars for a 3 hours ride!
Attractions, different people love different places, some people love visiting historical places, others love natural and wild places, and the good thing is that Egypt is rich of all of this places! If you love historical places I would recommend (the great pyramids of Giza, valley of the kings, and Egyptian museum), and if you sea and natural places type I would recommend (Ras shetan, saint katherine mountain, and Dahb)
