Ptolemy The Fifth or The Little Caesar (Caesareon)

Ptolemy the fifth or the little Caesar is the son of Queen Cleopatra the seventh of Egypt and Roman Emperor Julius Caesar.

Ptolemy Caesar or Ptolemy the fifth was known as Caesaron (Little Caesar), was born on 23 June 47 BC. He is the last descendant of the Ptolemaic kings of the Pharaohs. His Grandfather Ptolemy the first is one of the leaders of Alexander the Great and his mother is Cleopatra, the famous Queen of Egypt, his father Julius Caesar, Emperor of Rome and one of the greatest military leaders and rulers in history.

Ptolemy the fifth (Caesaron) ruled beside his mother Cleopatra VII. After the Battle of Aquitome and when his mother committed suicide, he was seventeen years old (30) BC and was able to escape with some of his companions to India, although Caesar did not rule alone, but remained the legitimate ruler of Egypt and one of the heirs of his father Julius Caesar. But he returned after an agreement with the half brother of his father August Caesar Emperor of Rome, but August betrayed him and killed him on 23 August 30 BC and so was the end of the rule of the Ptolemaic family of Egypt. It's a mystery till now exactly how he was killed by August Caesar, but what is said is that he was strangled.
