The secrets behind the walls, and even under them, can become very interesting and most likely, even after years and years of research, studies, analysis and research, there is still much to know. In this article we will mention 7 curious facts that you probably did not know about the famous pyramids of Egypt.

For thousands of years, the Great Pyramid of Giza was the tallest object built by humans.

Measuring a total of 146.61 meters of height, being able to compare it with the measure of a building of approximately 40 floors. Also, this pyramid is among the seven wonders of the world, being also the longest among the seven wonders of the ancient world and the only one that can still be contemplated. It was made more than 4,500 years ago.

The three pyramids of Giza, under the name of Cheops, Kefrén and Micerinos, are perfectly aligned with the three stars that make up the Orion belt.

The mystery in this case lies in how the ancient Egyptians knew the exact alignment without possessing precision devices.

Contrary to popular belief, the pyramids were not built by slaves, but were made by people totally free and paid.

The peasants had a salary supported by the pharaoh. The belief that it was made by slaves arose through the film industry and television.

The Great Pyramid of Giza was built in such a way that in the King's Chamber there is always a stable and constant temperature of 20 degrees.

Despite the high temperatures that can be established on the outskirts of the pyramids, which reach 30 degrees, the temperature inside is always stable.

The interior of the Pyramid of Cheops, is composed of an extremely complex labyrinth full of various corridors and cameras that have no exit.

Different Egyptologists say that there is still a camera to be discovered and that it may be located under the queen's camera.

Initially, the pyramids were covered with stones used for coating, made of polished white limestone.

The reason for its use was derived from the effect they generated when the sunlight reflected in them, since they made the pyramids seem to shine like incredible jewels

It is totally forbidden to climb to a certain height in order to capture photographs of any of the pyramids of Giza. Even if the authorities surprise you, they could send you to jail for 3 years.

However, there is a photograph of quite adventurous Russian photographers who took the risk and climbed to a considerable height, took photos and were not discovered ...
