Cooking eggs

Not everyone knows how to boil, fry or scramble eggs so here is how I do it:
To boil an egg, place the egg in a saucepan and cover with water and then place on heat. When the water starts to boil leave for a further three minutes for the perfect boiled egg with runny centre. If you want the egg hard right through then leave it to boil for another minute. Peel the egg while hot under running cold water to cool it down.

Fried eggs are easy: put enough oil in frying pan and heat until hot then break egg into the pan. It will cook very quickly so use a turner to push hot oil over the top of the egg until done or turn the egg over for a few seconds then take out.
For an omelette break the eggs into a bowl and add a little milk and beat until frothy then pour into hot pan with a little oil and let cook for a few minutes then if firm enough toss the omelette over onto its other side or fold in two and press down the turner on the top to squeeze out what has not been cooked and leave to cook.

For scrambled eggs break eggs into hot saucepan on the heat and add a little milk and cheese to taste and stir over medium heat until cooked right through how you like it then serve.
