Phase 2-EFFECT Smart Market.

This is a decentralized platform where people can offer and buy AI services as in AI developers with functional Algorithms can sell, rent or give out its service for a simple and easy payment with the Effect token. Within this, algorithms have the ability to communicate, collaborate as well as purchase services from each other.
The exchange protocol can be built directly onto the Effect.
The EGP enables payments for these services with either native tokens or EFX tokens. Smart Contracts (SCs) will ensure and improve availability of the services.

Phase 3-EFFECT Power

The Effect decentralized compute engine is based on popular deep-learning networks. The last phase provides a decentralized, distributed computational platform related to that.
