The Society and The self Destruction Trend

have we ever just really imagined what would eventually become of our society or let's say the world at large. I'm talking in the context of globalization, modernization in relation to the system and governance. i do think about it sometimes. if we look back and forth, of how things were how it is now and how it might be, we cannot all come to the same conclusions.
the struggle humanity has been circled in since the beginning of society. the understanding of society, the forming of structures, the forming of government, sustaining the growth of the society balanced with peace and stability, the evolution of the society and every other thing involved.

what prompted me to write a little about this now is, when we look at the present society, everythiing is so torn apart, everything is not exactly how we all want it to be.
when we look at society and governance in the early times, it was more of a communal system being operated, that seemed to be more in the favor of the majority and when we weigh it compared to other system of government people would tend to prefer the system where everything is owned by everyone. but humans have an unsatiable quest for power, to dominate others and be on top of whatever chain there is.
well looking at reality of things, everyone cannot be on the same wave length, class cannot be the same, not everyone is equal and in every society there is always a class system; the upper class, the middle class, the lower class.
when we look at our society now we can vividly notice that its the upper class that are the majority of the ruling class over all the other classes of people. the systems that was put in place to serve the people properly is failing. what is winning is the fact that a set of people only want to remain in government and rule all other people, the rule of law swept under the carpet and there is a different law for the ruling class and another for the ruled. that is what is happening in our system today.
the rich becoming richer and staying in control using the advent of technological advancement to profit only themselves, the government favouring only the rich. the masses which are the unfavored or let me say slightly favored getting only crumbs are already being pushed but maybe not enough to form a global revolution, at least that's for now.

Finally to the period i have been trying to imagine, which is the later(future). the level of technological advancement will definitely be impeccable and developments will be immeasurable but society will still be on the back step. the few would have succeded in taking total control of the system without any checks and balances, ensalving the masses, not with the slavery tag, but in a sense that everyone would be at the mercy of the few(the coporation). Humans who naturally cannot adjust more than they can would definitely spring back and a few will lead to a hundred and the figures will keep multiplying and when the ones in power and wants to remain in power catches air of whatever revolution is springing forth they try to eliminate the threat. The people who have woken up and tired of the way things have been, will also retaliate and that will lead to a war that might not end in the name of revolution but in the end a major devastating destruction would have taken place which the world have never experienced. And that in the end would be the society self destructing and after which start again with the remaining few after the war.
