MY SAUNA EXPERIENCE
The sauna was great! It was a 30 minute session at temperatures around 132 degrees. I did not sweat as much as I expected, but my back was sweaty as if I had just finished working out and my face was RED like a ripe tomato! I felt very calm and relaxed in

I didn't sweat as much as I expected lthough, I did not sweat as much as I expected. But But nonetheless, I did sweat and I did feel at peace and my body was relaxed. I realized that sunbathing on a hot summer's day is actually equivalent to a sauna! I used to sunbathe all the time during the summer and I sweated a lot! it felt great and makes me feel like I'm in a sauna. And the temperuate of the sauan is 132 degrees andI would sunbathe for 1 to 2 hours at most in my backyard and it was 80-90 degrees outside! The only difference with a Far Infrared Sauna is that your body gets heated with light while the sun's hea warms your body up.
