I recently experienced an effective and relaxing way you can take your health and weight loss journey to the next level!

Last week, I treated myself to a Far Infrared Sauna with my dad. The place I went too was called Halo Wellness Center, located in Marlton, NJ. The center was amazing. Immediately when you open/enter the door, you feel the peace and tranquility enter your soul in a blissful manner. They have this beautiful mantra/quote on the wall from Gandhi...

Far Infrared Saunas are an effective tool for natural healing and helps prevent many diseases and ailments in the body. The infrared light penetrates into the our tissue which turns into anti-aging heath benefits, which makes infrared saunas great for promoting radiant skin!

Our skin is our largest organ and it's being barmbarded with hundreds of toxic chemicals on a daily basis. Women are exposed to over 100 different chemicals every single day, as most of these toxins are found in the beauty and skin care products they wear. In today's modern world, everybody can benefit from a sauna.

Here are just some of the ways an infrared sauna can help you with your specific needs:
Detoxification – Sweating is the body’s safe and natural way to heal & stay healthy. Far infrared heats the body directly causing a rise in core temperature resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside.

Relaxation – Unlike traditional saunas which operate at extremely harsh temperatures, infrared is a gentle, soothing and therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation and improved sleep. Infrared sauna therapy helps you relax while receiving an invigorating deep tissue sweat, leaving you fully refreshed after each session.

Lowers Blood Pressure – Infrared saunas induce a deep sweat to make the heart pump faster, which in turn increases blood flow, lowers blood pressure and helps circulation. Scientific evidence shows that using an infrared sauna a couple times a week lowers blood pressure.
Weight loss – Studies have shown that an infrared sauna session can burn upwards of 600 calories while you relax! As the body works to cool itself, there is a substantial increase in heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, causing the body to burn more calories.

Pain Relief – Infrared heat penetrates tissue, joints, and muscles to relieve anything from minor aches and pains to chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.

Elevate your health through far infrared sauna therapy!

The sauna was great! It was a 30 minute session at temperatures around 132 degrees. I did not sweat as much as I expected, but my back was sweaty as if I had just finished working out and my face was RED like a ripe tomato! I felt very calm and relaxed in

I didn't sweat as much as I expected lthough, I did not sweat as much as I expected. But But nonetheless, I did sweat and I did feel at peace and my body was relaxed. I realized that sunbathing on a hot summer's day is actually equivalent to a sauna! I used to sunbathe all the time during the summer and I sweated a lot! it felt great and makes me feel like I'm in a sauna. And the temperuate of the sauan is 132 degrees andI would sunbathe for 1 to 2 hours at most in my backyard and it was 80-90 degrees outside! The only difference with a Far Infrared Sauna is that your body gets heated with light while the sun's hea warms your body up.

@steemcleaners I can't edit this post anymore, but I should have made it clear in the beginning that the health benefits of the far infrared saunas was copied from Elevate Your Health's site. I forgot to put quote the copied section, but will be more careful next time. I sent a link to the owner of the center and they were okay with sharing their content.
