Pre-lecture activity (KPK) or ospek.
Pre-college or Ospek activities are the initial activities for every student who takes tertiary education. Ospek with the whole series of events is the formation of character for a new student. In other words, whether or not the personality of a student in a college can be seen by the good or not implementation of Ospek in the college.
Basically, Ospek is the door of knowledge for students. The door will be opened and examined or studied carefully by new students to deepen their knowledge. If the door is bad enough, the mindset can continue to suspect that inside the door will be just as bad.
Ospek is an activity to introduce campus to new students. This activity is an institutional activity which is the responsibility of the University to socialize life in Higher Education and the learning process which involves the leadership of university, faculty, students and other related elements.
Ospek is also a means to find talents from prospective students who are still hidden. In addition, Ospek is also a means to adapt to each other so that they can manage their own lives.
The OSPEK objectives are :
Know and understand the campus environment as an academic environment and understand the mechanisms that apply in it.
Adding insight into new students in the maximum use of academic facilities available on campus.
Provide an initial understanding of national discourse and education that educates based on human values.
Preparing students to be able to study in universities and adhere to and implement the norms that apply on campus, especially those related to the Code of Ethics and Student Regulations.
To foster a sense of humanity among the academic community in order to create a comfortable, orderly and dynamic campus environment.
Growing new students' awareness of their academic and social responsibilities as stated in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
To be able to adapt to each other among students.

The point is that this aspect is the initial activity for every student who goes to college. And is the formation of character for a new student. In other words, whether or not the personality of a student in a college can be seen by the good or not implementation of Ospek in the college.
