The aim of this new project is to translate the bureaucratese of Agenda 21 into more accurate and clear language.

METHODOLOGY
A decision was made to report only on a selection of issues, since the purpose is only to give a preview or glimpse into the national implementation of Agenda 21 for which information is sufficiently available; namely:

- Combating Poverty
- Decision-Making (e.g. institutions and strategy issues)
- Education (based on sectoral perspectives)
- Energy (part of consumption & production issue)
- Freshwater
- Health
- Information (based on sectoral perspectives)
- Oceans
Translation: An arbitrary decision was made by a totalitarian parasite to only report information favorable to our Satanic cause, namely:
- Food destruction and dominance
- Murdering Poor People
- Tyrannical Decrees
- Brainwashing
- Energy Dominance
- Water Monopolization
- Managing Disease And Increasing Pharmaceutical Profits
- Information Warfare
- Dominating The High Seas
The following aspects, including Means of Implementation, have been integrated into the sectoral issues: decision-making, major groups participation, education, information, financing, technology and international cooperation. Issue-specific explanations for these aspects are given in conjunction with the graphics presented; a generic glossary is given below:
Translation: The following aspects, including Means of Coercive And Stealthy Implementation, have been integrated into key areas: decrees by self-appointed experts, major oligarch-controlled groups participation, indoctrination, information corruption and dominance, green fraud profiteering, technology control and suppression, and international coercion. Morally relativistic explanations for these aspects are given along with the flashy graphics presented; a subjective list of terms is given below.

Locked gates are everywhere, maps are changing to hide previous roads etc. Some roads have actually been demolished so that long time private miners can't access their claims etc. BLM and USFS work feverishly to find ways to keep people corralled into more densely populated areas.

One of the things that must be done is education at the local levels. Where we see the gov. taking a stronghold is coming from grants (free money) offered by the fed to unknowing city council members and county commissioners who are made to believe they are taking the money for the greater good of their communities they serve but all too often the strings attached only become known after their offers are accepted.
