Agenda 21: A Translation – Finding Dark Humor And Truth In The Abyss Of Bloated Bureaucratese (Part 10)

The aim of this project is to translate the bureaucratese of Agenda 21 into more accurate and clear language.

Decision-Making 

1. Coordinating Body on Combating Poverty 

2-5. Participation of Major Groups with particular reference to: Women; Local Authorities; Indigenous People; and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Decision-Making.

Translation:  Authoritarian Diktats 

1.  Army of Parasites on Murdering Poor People 

2-5. The illusion of participation of major groups with particular reference to: Women; Local Brainwashed Dupes; Nearly-extinct undesirables; and actual charities that mean well.

Programmes & Projects
6. Housing Security Programmes for the Poor

The programmes as recommended in Agenda 21 include: providing shelter to homeless poor; protecting populations by law against unfair eviction from their homes or land; supporting the poor, the unemployed and the no-income group by facilitating their access to land, finance and low-cost buildings and upgrading informal settlements and urban slums as an expedient measure and pragmatic solution to the shelter deficit; and, developing and implementing resettlement programmes of the displaced populations in their respective countries (7.8; 7.9).

Translation:  Smart-grid hell for the poor

The programs of coercion recommended in Agenda 21 include:  destroying homes of the poor; evicting people from their homes on the whims of oligarchs; subverting poor who survive outside the cybernetic system by destroying their independent livelihoods and herding them into slums; stacking slums vertically; and violent relocation programs.

7. Improvement of Infrastructure and Services 

Governments are requested to improve and maintain infrastructure and services, including: health infrastructure; infrastructure for the provision of water supply, energy, sanitation, drainage and solid waste management; and, social infrastructure, such as housing, and community services to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life for low-income families (6.5; 7.16; 7.36).

Translation:  Enhanced Monopoly of Infrastructure And Services 

Mind-control gangs are requested to improve the centralization of infrastructure and services, including: medical mafia infrastructure; infrastructure for the rationing of water, energy, sanitation, and waste management; and social-engineering infrastructure, such as tiny smart city dwelling closets, and community services to murder poor people and invade the lives of families.    

8. Programmes for the Advancement of Women 

Governments are requested to empower women particularly through assuring women’s rights and access to human and civil rights, education and training, reproductive health care programmes, economic independence, job opportunities and equitable participation in all levels of decision-making (3.2; 3.5; 3.7; 3.8; 5.16; 5.48).

Translation:  Programs for the Subversion of Women 

Mind-control gangs are requested to subvert the true power of women particularly through the distortion of what human rights are, brainwashing, baby-murdering and infertility programs, economic slavery, dead-end jobs, and the illusion of participation in decision-making.
