With the widespread use of digitalization, coding has become more important every day and it has been summarized with the 'Coding Week' events which are celebrated in schools in recent years.
From primary school, bank, giant conglomerates to non-governmental organizations, the coding that entered everyone's agenda was the $ 3 billion market in the world. Countries that do not want to come back from competition, In the effort of learning the 'new language'
With the increase in popularity, the number of coding trainings that can lead to organizations ranging from corporations in different sectors to associations, schools to private courses, and sometimes the price of 2,000 liras is increasing. As a result, questions about coding in the head also increase. What is the coding that everyone has shown interest in? Coding with the most general definition is described as an electronic language used to create computer software. Accordingly, creating any application and website becomes possible with coding. The electronic language, as the first step of the computer software program, is confronted, and today there are literally hundreds of encoding languages on the market.
The software created by coding has found itself in every area of life from industrial schools, robotics, automobiles, healthcare to defense technology.
According to the research company 'MarketsandMarkets', in 2017, the amount spent for coding alone reaches to 2.76 billion dollars in the world, and it is predicted that this figure will rise to 4.75 billion dollars in 2022.
TOY COMPANIES COOPERATE WITH TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES
In order to carry out an operation, it is going to cooperate with toys firms and technology companies for the coding, the coding for the children and the training for the children. In this context, children are being taught the mobile integration of mind-enhancing toys. Thus, the logic of the encoding that makes up the software within the devices we use is trying to gain the children through the comprehension of the step-by-step scripting method.
Coding lessons are given in every 10 schools in the US. In Finland and Estonia, which have shaped education curricula according to the new industry, their coding courses are being taught to their students from the first grade. Tim Cook, the Apple CEO who emphasized the subject, said that basic coding is more important than English, and that these trainings must be compulsory for all schools.
In some countries, there is an elective coding course in primary school or compulsory courses. It is predicted that these courses will be given in many countries of the world in the future.
