You named most of the reasons why I like steemit especially the educational/knowledge , financial , networking etc . However I dislike the greed and excessive use of bots especially those who posts low quality contents and move themselves to trending including abuse of flagging power and posts limits...however steemit will survive.

Nice point. I think this happens because steemit is the blockchain which is decentralized. I hope there is someone to fix it. Great comment though!
