WHO IS KILLING OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM? OFFICE OFFICIAL, THE TEACHER OR THE GOVERNMENT? HMMM

just when school reopened, a concerned official hinted some teachers that the government has asked the various district educational offices to submit the list of teachers who uses motorbikes for school going purposes. the office in my district never mentioned this to anybody but managed to submit a list of family and friends whom they to the government .
something which is suppose to be a motivation for teachers to make teachers happy, relief them and give out their best in the classroom. the office official are preventing it .

meanwhile, when textbooks comes to the office to be given out to schools, when you go to the office you have to pay something to get one or if you are like me your school will be lacking .
