Empowering Children to the Magnificence of Learning

I've always have this kind of pleasure and soul fulfillment feeling everytime I see people being empowered to learn. It's as if I'm witnessing an army being weaponized and brought ready for a battle of their lifetime.

Just recently, I am honored and priviledged to take part in this kind of calling seeing young children empowered to learn. Every year, it has been agreed by my team to reach out to remote places and teach children everything about the bible. There is just something about this particular calling that we are so passionate about. We want to see young children's lives change through their character and values that have been molded and founded strongly at the start. We envision that before they soar high and make leaps to the real world, their purpose and direction in life has to be set up right first, hopefully impacting good result and desired change to the community and to the nation.

Children were given books to ignite their visual imagination of the stories presented from the bible. Most of them were really engage because of interesting prints and pictures from the book. With this, their attention and understanding to the gist of the story is really at hand.

Our drive to such mission is fueled by the thought of breaking the millenial conception of a hasty attitude. We want to set apart and raise a generation where their love to God should be the epicenter of their everyday life revolution. With their spiritual aspect being readily founded, then everything we all aspire them to be shall all come to pass.

One of our elders with her assistants at the side passionately demonstrate the story of Noah and the Great Ark. On the other side, their parents were all there all along to oversee and the activities of their children. To one of the parents of these children, once said "I am really thankful for this opportunity that you have given to our children. We are seldom reached by people because of our remote location, but you folks are a help sent from God to help our children. We could not say anything else but we speak nothing but blessings."

The moment we heard this commendations from them, as if there was like a sudden filling of water inside of us making us all fulfilled on that day. Truly helping people completes a piece of you.

On this note, if the character of a child is molded uprightly, then when he grows up, he will not depart from the instructions and the counsels planted in his heart. He will remember it all the days of his life helping people in need, cheating is not good at all, supporting people in authority and the government, education as a treasure and possession, contentment, peace, joy and love to mankind. With all of these, these are only possibly if a child is trained the way it should go.

One of the Pastors tell story about the Jews crossing the Red Sea and how Jesus healed the sick of a young boy. When they all heard the story of the Jews and the Egyptians and to the young boy, they were all really stunned and amazed thus asking lots of questions to our pastor. Then, the Pastor took the chance to share the love of Jesus to them and minister them about good and bad.

As I've said, not only we shared them wonderful stories but also we gave them books, pencils and notebooks just atleast to prepare them for the upcoming class this June. And when they recieved those materials, the priceless joy in them just rejuvinated on their faces which serves as our priceless reward.

These are children beaming with smile and hope as they recieved their gifts from the team.

Therefore, we want to thank God for this opportunity to see these kids with burning passion in their hearts to learn and experience the beauty of learning. At this sight, we are so encourage to strengthen and intensify this movement of revolutionizing young people. We firmly believe that indeed,
