Well, I think that transactions are really frequent from Block Trades to our personal account and in particular in this period that Steem prize is still low.
The dealy time is very short, because out funds will be in our personal Steem account (wallet) almost in 60 seconds After the confermation of the transaction. So they need only a minute to go from the exchange to our wallet. I think that is great!!!
