Very interesting post!! I am dealing with a colleague who keeps spreading lies about other people and I was thinking whether he is doing it consciously or whether he might believe that what he claims is true. We might never know!!

Some people have a way of easily creating and believing their creation. I think that they are generally attention seekers who know where they start but have to keep investing in until it feels as if it is a truth.
