Britain for the second time in less than 40 years of existence as a nation let all Americans know that they were indeed players on the world stage and would have self determination of their nation.
And that way it remains until today. It’s amaizing how fast has commerce developed on Mississippi River. Within less tha 10 years. It’s almost like internet’s development. When it comes to slavery, the natives and women not having rights in that system, in every light there is a darkness. Fortunately we don’t have to witness it today, at least not in US and other developed countries.
It is utterly amazing the speed of the transformation. The river went from the Western Border to the main artery of commerce in 30 years. It is like the internet. Great point.
