Gadget for Teenagers: It’s Good or Bad?

Teenagers are using latest electronic devices today, and it will lead decreasing of their ability to produce creative works. I, admittedly disagree with this statement because there is much software that installed in technology product could use for brain improvement, and adolescents have created much software.

Lots of application in a device could be functionalised to improve brain’s ability of young people. The software can help them to learn many subjects, such as; music, arts, writing, drawing, designs etc. Every student has the different type of quotients; they can make a choice what kind of application they are going to use as well as their core competence. For example, Music Generator application, it can be used by them whose are planning to compose a song. Scratch Creator that provided by Android is a type of software that will guide someone who has the hobby to draw.

Some software that widely used today had created by the school student. They learn how to create the product form kinds of information, tips and tricks and other references that can be found easily in many technology products. When they treat themselves to be consistent in learning and practising, it will give them abilities to produce kinds of creative works. For instance, two secondary students, Yoga Prawira and Juno Pranandi had created the software that helping a student of primary school to learn mathematics. Another example, Rini Sumarni, a high school student from Central Java Indonesia had produced a weapon that can be used for military purpose.

In conclusion, I will say it not right the case of reducing of creative ability of young student caused by technology product that used widely in present time. It is argued with reasons; many devices have some application purposed to improve young people's skill, and there is some software innovated by the young innovator.
