The Dangers of Milk Chocolate (Bilingual)

Milk is a health drink, containing protein, Vitamin D, Calcium and potassium. Drinking milk is certainly able to nourish the body, especiallyfor children who could help its growth for the better. But the sweet drinks are not good is consumed on a regular basis or too often, especially milk chocolate.

Weakness is chocolate milk contains extra sugar and calories much more than regular milk. The problem is, the kids drink more milk taste than plain (unsalted), and this can lead to weight gain and obesity.

Food and drink that sweet actually does not matter is consumed during the appropriate kids limits. With often we give drinks or sugary foods that will make your child so no taste of fresh foods, such as vegetables and white water.

Because chocolate milk provide the same nutrients as regular milk, you should limit or avoid. Milk chocolate also contain a lot more calories and taste sweeter. We recommend that you give your child the pure milk (low-fat or fat-free) and source of calcium which makes the bone stronger than relying on sugar which does not provide nutrients.

Susu merupakan minuman kesehatan, yang mengandung protein, Vitamin D, Kalsium dan Potasium. Minum susu tentunya bisa menyehatkan tubuh, terlebih bagi anak yang bisa membantu pertumbuhannya menjadi lebih baik. Akan tetapi minuman manis tidak baik dikonsumsi secara rutin atau terlalu sering, terlebih lagi susu coklat.

Kali ini saya akan menjelaskan tentang bahayanya mengkonsumsi susu coklat yang terlalu sering.

Kelemahan susu cokelat adalah mengandung tambahan gula dan memiliki kalori lebih banyak daripada susu biasa. Masalahnya, anak-anak minum lebih banyak susu berasa daripada plain (tawar), dan ini dapat menyebabkan penambahan berat badan dan obesitas.

Makanan dan minuman yang manis sebenarnya tak masalah dikonsumsi anak-anak selama sesuai batas. Dengan seringnya kita memberi minuman atau makanan yang manis akan membuat anak anda jadi tidak selera makanan yang tawar, seperti sayuran dan air putih.

Karena susu cokelat memberikan nutrisi yang sama seperti susu biasa, sebaiknya batasi atau hindari. Susu cokelat juga mengandung kalori lebih banyak dan rasa lebih manis. Sebaiknya berikan anak Anda susu murni (rendah lemak atau bebas lemak) dan sumber kalsium yang membuat tulang kuat dibandingkan bergantung pada gula yang tidak memberikan nutrisi.
