Teacher's Seminar
Hi there fellow steemians! I was overwhelmed hosting the opening program of our district's In-Service Training for teacher and school administrators. In-service training or Inset is a continued learning that helps teachers gain more knowledge and skills in teaching. We started yesterday, and will culminate on the 25th of May. 
We cannot give what we don't have so we are always updated on the present situation of education. I have learned that 21st Century Learners are the product of the 21st Century teachers. Educators should be adept of handling today's call of our duty. It's not that easy, but the return of investment being a teacher is very rewarding in many ways.
Here, we don't just listen to our speakers. We also interact with our fellow teachers in doing the group activities. We perform, we dance, we sing, we recite poem, we report, we observe, and we reflect. 
Two days had just passed, but we have learned so many things already. I am still open for many rooms of improvements. I am happy to serve my fellowmen being a teacher. I'm looking forward for more inputs from the training.
