Practicing good character to our children.

A good character is like a precious jewel, if you have it, people will always like to wear this ornaments to decorate themselves for more beautiful. A good character is more important than wealth. it is key to success in life.

We must start building up some good character when our children's early stage. A good character is to be built up over a period of years. it must be built up step by step.

Good habits are part of a good character. We must teach good habits when they are young. We must practice them every day. By and by, they became their daily habits. Rising early, having a bath, dressing quickly and neatly, learning their lessons regularly and eating their food in the proper way are all good habits.

When they play a game, they must try to win but never by unfair methods.
Teach to be polite and to be punctual.
Do not allow to pick up a quarrel or get into a fight with others.
When they making a promise, practice to keep it. Remind them, it is a shame to break it. It is their word of honor

We must train their's mind and body. Teach to control themselves, their tongue and mind.

It is easy to form good habits when they are a child. It is very difficult for older people to learn good habits and even more difficult to give up bad ones.

We must teach children early in life what is right and what is proper. We must always do the right thing. So also we must know what is wrong. Never do a wrong thing for all the good in the world. Be honest in deed and in word.

What do we mean when we say that a boy or a girl has a good character? We mean to say that the boy or girl has good principles, good habits and follows good rules. such a boy or girl will grow up win the trust and respect of all.

Above all, make them do daily pray to God. Ask him to bless and help to have good and strong character. Remember that God sees them wherever they may be whatever they may do. God will bless them if they have good characters.
