Instead of a bevy of new laws a more stateless, less violent approach might be to monetarily incentivize home schooling and smaller private schools to reduce target size and reduce dependence upon federal taxation for education funding. Another possibility is increased firearms training and familiarity to reduce apprehension and dispel ignorant anthropomorphizing of inert machinery. Less state driven answers are better because laws are ultimately enforced by people with guns. There is inherent violence behind anti-gun activism.
