Hello friends, in this post we are going to talk about the constellations in order to get to know our wonderful universe little by little.

A constellation is a group of stars that are considered to form imaginary outlines or meaningful patterns on the celestial sphere, typically representing animals, mythological people or gods, mythological creatures, or manufactured devices.

  Andromeda (constellation)

Andromeda is one of the 48 constellations listed by the 2nd-century Greco-Roman astronomer Ptolemy and remains one of the 88 modern constellations. Andromeda is a boreal constellation located south of Cassiopeia and near Pegasus. It takes its name from the maiden Andromeda from Greek mythology. Share a star with Pegasus, the bluish-white star in the northwest corner of the Pegasus Quadrant, called Alpheratz or Sirrah.

  Aquarius (constellation)

Aquarius is a constellation of the zodiac, located between Capricorn and Pisces. Its name is in Latin for "water bearer" or "cup holder", and its symbol is Aquarius.svg, a representation of water. Aquarius is one of the oldest constellations recognized along the zodiac (the apparent path of the Sun). The constellation of Aquarius is the tenth largest, covering more than 2.3% of the night sky. It includes 56 stars observable to the naked eye, mostly tenuous, being Sadalsuud the brightest with magnitude 2.90. The second brightest star is Sadalmelik, a yellow supergiant like the aforementioned Sadalsuud with a radius about 60 times larger than that of the Sun.

Aquila (constellation)

Aquila is a constellation on the celestial equator. Its name is Latin for 'eagle' and it represents the bird that carried Zeus/Jupiter's thunderbolts in Greco-Roman mythology. Aquila is one of the 48 constellations listed by Ptolemy, also mentioned by Eudoxus of Cnidos (4th century BC) and Aratus (3rd century BC), and currently one of the 88 constellations recognized by the IAU.

Muy interesante amigo Jonathan. Saludos.

Space is something that has got me wondering! Are we alone? Maybe contact has been made, maybe we are not alone after all. I guess we never know
