GRATITUDEDAY 59: A GOOD RESULT

Every stage in life is a test of its own and when you pass that test, you move to your next level.

Many don't know they are being tested when challenges comes, rather they see it as an arrow from the village. Yes it could be if you allow them to gain the upper hand in your life.

Challenges are meant for your promotion, your upgrade or new level.

Children get scared of exams when they are not well prepared for it. Even adults are more afraid of life exams when it comes unannounced. Like getting a girl pregnant while still in school; Getting a job without an experience; Going to a foreign land without a plan. There could be various forms these exams would take.

When you have the understanding that the test is meant for your next and higher level in life, you would love it. Because as soon as you get that promotion you are never going back. It becomes upward and forward only.

Most importantly when the resuls of the test is singing the (A)s you would be proud of yourself and be looking forward to seeing the next exam.

Today I am grateful on behalf of my husband's younger brother who had good results in his WAEC.

He had 1 A, 4 Bs and 4 Cs.

We did not even enrole him in NECO. Back in my days you would write the exam for almost 3 years or more looking for chemistry or physics, mathematics or English before you make a good result. Glad things have changed.

A good result makes one proud that means the child is listening to you. Putting his best for a better future.
