Importance Of Education Cannot Be Nullified..!!
Things were completely different when we were in school, isn't it? Education had it's somewhat different meaning then. But as we grow up, we come across more broader aspects of education. I remember when I was in school, after returning from the school I used to sleep for at least 2 to 3 hours and after that, I used to stick to one place till I completed my homework. At that time we used to think that completing our homework on time will only do everything well ahead.
And now I genuinely laugh at how our wondering's were. But that was not obviously our fault. We were made to learn from the beginning itself that going to school and finishing homework on time is all that helps in the future. OK, but then, there is nobody's fault involved here. As if our parents and teachers would not have put efforts on us, we would then never ever be able to learn the basics of education and also maybe the basics of life.
Most probably, we will also do the same with our children as it is quite necessary for an individual's overall growth. OK, coming to the next point, this article is basically highlighting the overall importance of education in a person's life. So, in today's times, a person actually cannot survive without surviving education. An educated person himself is bombarded with all the qualities to run fruitfully in life.
Education Completely Modifies Our Perspective
If someday we talk to an illiterate person, we get enlightened to the fact that education is something damn necessary for a person to think positive, live positive, feel positive, spread positive, and do everything positive. When one is illiterate, he gets into violent acts and then spreads hatred. On the other hand, education gives us a vision.
It gives us a more favorable outlook towards life, it helps us get deeper into the situations, it helps us to stay calm and look into the solution of the problem, it enhances our vocabulary and communication skills, it imparts us overall personality development, it encourages us to look for our passions abroad, it allows us to run after our goals without fearing anything, it helps us make better relations with the people, it makes us help the needy and also gives us the major life lessons.
Education Gives Us Knowledge About Things Happening In, Around, Outside The World
So, an educated person can sit at home and know the world. Isn't it? A person who is educated enough can get the worldly knowledge by any means, for say, he can read newspapers, he can go through internet to find out anything anytime, he can go and explore the places, he can talk to any person, not of the same language as his, and can take the assistance of many more sources to help him know the world happenings in, around, outside the world.
There are many things that happen in the outside world too. I mean to say the things happening in the space and the other planets. So, from where do we get all such information from? It is not that easy to be connected with the outside world. Apart from seeking information, one also has to fully explore the facts and go deep till the facts are clear. All such hindrances are solved with the bombardment of education.
The Primary Education Starts From Our Home
The first teachers of our life are obviously our parents. After children are born, the parents life are all dedicated to them, they then see the world through their children's eyes, they then look more into their children's future dedicating all their future, they love and care for their children like no one else, and they look into each and every small need of their children and save them fully from lacking behind as far possible for them.
The lessons learned at home are life lessons. The knowledge our parents impart to us stays with us lifelong and are our rules for life how to live. That primary education sets our standards for life. Isn't it? Our parents teach us how to walk, how to talk, how to keep a balance in life and how to be independent enough from the very beginning. They teach us moral education and values of life, they teach us to respect people no matter elder or younger.
Last But Not The Least - Education Is The Source Of All The Richie's In A Person's Life
Money - Isn't the word give jitters to everybody of us? We all have a hunger to earn more and have all the Richie's of life. We crave for money so that we have everything required to live a happy, consistent, peaceful, stress-free, comfortable, luxurious and a satisfied life. To earn money, extreme money, one has to be level educated. No one can deny the fact that the more educated you are, more enhanced job opportunities awaits you. In today's times, competitions have reached a level.
In earlier times, completing graduation was like becoming a king or queen of the palace. But, times are really very hard now. Challenges are everywhere, in every single thing. To overcome all those challenges, nothing can guide except the education. For a person to be rich enough to satisfy his life goals, he must be educated enough. Nowadays, things are different in the sense that even after completing graduation, post graduation, people need to study more if they want better and better opportunities. So more education means more opportunities.
At last, I would just love to say that in today's times, education is something which has the capability to provide us each and every opportunity we crave for a better life and a better future. Education gives us a happy and satisfied life, it gives us all the richness we want, it definitely broadens our perspective, it makes us independent enough to fulfill all our needs by ourselves, it encourages us to chase our dreams and never give up on them, it creates a fence of security around us, it provides us space to make our stand in the society.
Some people mistake that education only resides in textbooks. But the things are different. Education not only resides in textbooks but in everything in life. We learn not only from textbooks but from so many other things. We learn from life, we learn from struggles, hard work, dedication, failures, success, we learn when cheated in life, we learn from our mistakes, we learn from the things happening around life, we learn from mistakes done by other people and we learn from so so many things in life.
So, the education is not restricted to textbooks or in examination halls, education is actually not at all restricted. We learn from everything, every place we visit, and everything we do. We learn till we die. The day we stop learning, we actually die mentally. So, in my view education is not something we need to excel at, education is something which is a must learn till we take our last breath!!
The purpose of education is to help you learn how to think. It enhances your mentality, your thinking, your way of approaching problems. I believe, 99% of our country's problems can be solved if we somehow manage to give atleast primary education to all.
We complain about how big our population is, but we forget that with proper education, we could actually use this population as a resource and not look at it as a problem.
Yes, you covered a very main point here. The major cause of the growing population is the lack of education. There are still many areas left all over the world which are prone to illiteracy. Measures should be taken anytime soon so that the problem does not take it's enlarge form in the future.
Great piece of article. The things is to never stop wondering and always knowing you "WHY". And definitely , textbook education is not an education at all. It's a process to create machine humans for further machine work.
Yes, you get absolutely right here! But as the times are growing, people themselves are understanding that education is not bounded or restricted by anything. Instead, it is a more broad concept in the way that the more you learn, the more learning awaits.
