The Bono regional health Directorate Disease Control Unit is under the Ghana Health Service of the Ministry of Health Ghana, located in Sunyani the Bono Region of Ghana. Our main objective is to Help Control Transmissible Diseases and other Diseases of public health importance.
Functions of The RHD
Generally, the region implements and monitors health Sector policies to ensure effective coordination of activities, judicious management of health resources (human, logistics, equipment, and infrastructure), and provides guidance and technical support to the lower levels (District Health Directorate).
