Very interesting post. I have not many talents, but one of them are remembering names and adding them to a known face. But what I really can't remember are names of trees.
Ich habe mir einmal gemerkt dass eine Buche glatt ist, weil ich die ersten 2 Buchstaben genommen habe, Bu, und mir dann einen Buckelwal mit glatter Haut vorgestellt. Deshalb weiß ich dass Buchen glatt sind :-D
Das war eine sehr gute Idee. Du kannst diese Techniken aus meiner Serie natürlich auch auf Bäume anwenden. Funktioniert genauso!
Ich denke es funktioniert am sichersten wenn du diese Eselsbrücken 7 mal wiederholst
7 mal ist eine etwas willkürlich Zahl, aber du hast recht: Durch wiederholte Aktivierung legt sich eine Myellinschicht um die neugebildeten Synapsen, wodurch die Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit der Aktivierung multipliziert wird und man sich besser und schneller erinnern kann.
So hat es mal ein sehr talentierter Lehrer von mir wiederholt. Im Durchschnitt 7 mal üben dann kann man es. Aber krass: Nach 7 Tagen vergisst das Gehirn bis zu 80% an gesammelter Information!
Deshalb ist die beste Lernmethode Spaced Repetition mit Tools wie Anki, zum Beispiel.

Mir gefallen die Lernmethoden von Vera F. Birkenbihl für Sprachen. Passt perfekt denn ich habe Spaß daran Sprachen zu lernen))
Anki ist ein Open Source Lernprogramm welches Spaced Repetition algorithmen integriert. Damit kann man 10.000 Karteikarten lernen, ohne sich alles dauern ansehen zu müssen. So ziemlich die beste Art zu lernen. Es gibt auch andere Programme die das mittlerweile anbieten, wie Quizlet oder Brainscape
