was actually subsidised to learn solar panels and PV energy thermodynamics etc etc!!! in 2008!
with top engineers and electric company directors!
since EU decided to put that in top priority formation!
and is giving subsidies in many countries for that!
also nuke plants are to close by 2050
and not any one more is going to be built in EU
prices are huge drooping since the silicon price reduction and solar thin film printing!
and are now very very affordable! at usd 0.30!
