The best time management of priorities to be successful !

To be successful we have to organize our time. That's why we need the perfect time management !

There are a lot of books and writings on this topic, but I want to connect it with the management of priorities. Let's suppose that you have a glass and you want to fill it with the most useful things that you have to do in the day. Let's suppose that the most importante things are big rocks and the less important ones are the little stones, and let's imagine all kinds of minor things to do as sand. What if from the beginning you fill your glass with a lot of sand ? How much space would you have left for your stones ? Not to mention big rocks. But if you fill your glass with the big rocks first, all the little stones can go in between this rocks. And then, pouring the sand you will notice that it has also filled all the empty space left.

Speaking about our priorities, they can be divided into three groups:

1- Urgent priorities.
2- Important priorities.
3- Netral priorities.

Try to do the most urgent in the beginning of the day or give them more priority because when you get rid of them you will be free to do the important ones. The important priorities are the biggest things that we do in the day like the work, education ...etc. Then you will have time for the netral things that are not so important for you but they have to take a place in your life.

So time management is a kind of art that you have to learn. But the most important is to wake up early and sleep well. To be organized you need to save energy so you have to sleep well at night to be active all the day.
