The 3 prisoners that we see at the picture below they are ready to escape.However the prisoner at the top is few inches away from the window.What the 3 prisoners should do to escape succesfully from the prison?

The 3rd prisoner that he is at the base of the 3 prisoners is the tallest so he have to go at the top to reach the window because he have tall hands :)
