Education the key to a better future, WHY ARE WE DEPRIVED OF IT?? Be the voice for the helpless.

Nelson Mandela once said that Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

I define the word 'EDUCATION' as the impartation of knowledge. It would be a lie of someone of this modern age says he or she doesn't know the importance of the Education in the world today. It is a clear fact that children of today grow up to be the leader tomorrow because no man is an immortal and I ask myself
Why are these leaders of tomorrow deprived of Education?
How do we expect a great future when the present lack the appropriate knowledge needed for tomorrow?

If you agree with me the population of child increases everyday on earth which automatically tells that rate of children without Education or proper Education increases. In 2010 the guardian statistics reveals that 70million children across the world are not getting any form of education and in 2016 Unesco revealed that 263 million children are out of school.

I ask myself
What are the world leaders doing about education? Are they waiting till the ratio of the educated to uneducated hit 0.1 : 9.9 before they do something about it. They have become determined to developing their wallet instead of investing in the future of the country.

One of my observations is that their negligence about this situation is intentional just to keep the knowledge and power circulating within their circle because that circle have access to the best in the world.

Secondly they do not want challenges of power against their circle in future They know without knowledge challenging of authority won't come easily but they are making a mistake because this people you deprived of proper knowledge end up messing up your governance with different problems. Because of they lack knowledge, they re been manipulated and use as weapons against your government.

In addition this uneducated one's don't have a voice so they end up speaking with violence and are been called criminals. The root cause of poverty is lack of education. If you can’t read or do basic math, if you can’t show up for work and apply yourself, you will not have a job. You will be poor. Other actions may dent poverty, but the War on Poverty is 50 years old and the gains are few.

Depriving this children of education is a crime because it is a violation of every child right to education as it remains inaccessible right now for millions of children around the world.

Every child out there deserves the knowledge and right to be educated. I urge all STEEMIANS to for every child out there that needs education.
