NEPOTISM - NEPOTISME

Nepotism comes from the Latin word nepos, which means "nephew" or "grandchild".
So, if concluded Nepotism is a favoritism attitude with more concerned with children, relatives, or people closest in all affairs so as not to look at the value or ability of someone who is not close to him.

Normally nepotism is synonymous with big people like acting, directors, and so on.

Example of Nepotism:
A Governor appoints all members of his family to be government officials in the province he leads, so as not to judge those who are more worthy to be in that position.
