If I Were To Start A Children's School, This Is What I Would Do

If I were to start a children's school, I would tailor the entire curriculum around developing communication. I'd do this by first seeking to discover each child's two primary methods of communication (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, digital) both in how they process information internally, and how they relay that information externally. All instructions and dialogue would then be tailored via those primary formats. Students would learn strategies to effectively utilize their primary forms so that they develop exceptional skills in both the processing (mental, emotional, intuitive) and expressive (language and art) department. Then, lessons would be structured in a way that challenges students to expand beyond their primary form. As the curriculum progresses, students would then explore methods of connecting with other students. Understanding how others process and share information and developing an ability to adapt and communicate flexibly, regardless of how the dialogue is presented.

I think this could be a good start in establishing a productive and peaceful world.
