In an organization / institution / company always requires to perfect and measurable management. A leader must prepare a work program that will be implemented at least one period. The program should be based on the targets to be achieved as well as a clear indicator of success and technical implementation.

Therefore, a leader must prepare a clear work plan and control procedures. Some important elements in management that must be considered is planning, organizing, activating and controlling (POAC).

Planning is a clear and measurable plan and has a clear job target.

Organizing is a managerial in which a leader must manage his employees in such a way and give the task responsibility to someone who is capable and has a strong desire to carry out the task with the maximum.

Activating is a real action to succeed all the planned program by following to the predefined operating standard.

Control, an unavoidable thing in a management is supervision and evaluation, it serves to oversee all the planned programs and the level of success that has been done by each employee.

Without supervision it can be ascertained that the planned program will experience the constraints that affect the quality of performance and production. Weak supervision will result in an itch to an organization it manages. The following figure is a weekly evaluation of the performance and implementation of the planned program.
