Illiteracy in Third World Countries ( reasons and impacts )
Recently, we have noticed that the majority of our society is illiterate because the number of people who have the ability to read and to write are decreased Significantly and numerously. So, how much illiteracy get deeper how much the bad impacts invade us and that instill ignorance among society, that is to say we go nowhere. The most cause are divided into three parts: the first part is about ignorance of parents, the second about poverty, and last but not least the government which considered to be the first should be blamed.
In rural areas we found that parents didn't attend school and they don't know the importance of it. That's why parents prevent their children from following their studies especially when the matter is to move from village to city in order to complete studies and this affects girls more than guys. Because as it known in simple view of our society the guy has more advantages than girl. For instance, the guy can go far from his parents to work. Also sometimes we find that school hasn't toilette for girls. Without forgetting that some parents want their girls to get married in order to save and keep their honor.
Many students today leave school due to low income or sometimes absence of it. That it to say parents decide to make their children leave school to work and provide them some money to survive in this world. Moreover, some students addict a kind of drugs that causes mental problems so they leave.
As I mentioned in introduction that government is the first responsible which should be blamed. Everything in control of it media, health, and education. If they try to motivate people through media means and elucidate the importance of attending school to parents, however, we see that it plays the contradict role. It helps the illiteracy to get wider and deeper. Government has the ability to fight this phenomena and reduce it through many programs.
Finally, I ask people who know the importance of studying and the role it's playing within people. If we decrease illiteracy we increase the educated class. I ask as well students to teach their parents how to read, to write because the change starts from us. And try to make a new positive image about educated girl and how she plays effectively in raising knowledge. We are in the 21st century.

From my first expectations about what your topic is going to defend on is that students should be paid to go to school, but I think instead of giving money to them the government has to provide indirect conditions which affect pupils.
I'm going to read your topic, and thanks for your interesting and encouraging comment.
