21st century is the witness of many technological inventions at exponential rates which are never seen by any earlier generation. But, the technology what we have currently is not able to create enough opportunities for authors, as well as readers, to know and share their opinions. This results in a restriction on the quality of content that occurs on the Internet. If we see on authorial end then authors are very less engaged with distribution network and social network for the promotion of their publications. It is difficult while involving in the promotional work of its own to target the accurate audience and the target matrices. iShook will provide a solution for all the issues which authors and readers are facing to share their thoughts.

iShook is a content sharing platform that has been created to connect authors and readers. With its goal is to connect content creators and audience while providing control through blockchain technology and also to ensure that end users should have received rich content and it is now a successful platform. The authors will be able to get royalties in the form of iShook tokens on this platform.

iShook was established in 2013 to bridge the gap between writer, Reader, content developer and users. This platform also provides the ability for average internet user to find rich and valuable content across multiple delivery platforms and at the same time. A blockchain based platform has been created by iShook for content creators and readers and they can easily share the stories or contents through this platform. As we all know that blockchain is a decentralized database system with a shared digital record in which data is stored in a chronological order. User can transacts directly with each other without any intermediately with blockchain technology.

There will be fixed supply of iShook token and there are 1,000,000,000 tokens to be issued, as per consideration of smart contract 570,000,000 tokens will be minted during the token generation event and new tokens will not be issued in future. 360,000,000 tokens will be locked in iShook wallet, vendor payments will have 30,000,000 tokens, advisors will get 35,000,000 tokens and for marketing purposes 5,000,000 tokens will be used.

The received funds from token sale will be distributed as:

· 30% for scaling, e.g. content acquisition and development.

· 24% for marketing.

· 20% will be kept as reserve.

· 18% fund will be used for development and overhead.

· And remaining 8% will be used for legal aspects.
