A child's anger can arise for many reasons. Sometimes this is due to the fact that the child goes through a certain stage of his development and simply does not understand his own emotions. However, in other cases, anger may be associated with injuries and other mental problems.

However, sometimes hysteria in children indicates abnormal manifestations of anger. They can be a sign of cruelty or aggression in a child. If a child's tantrums occur too frequently or last for long periods of time, they should pay special attention. This can indicate any psychological problem in the child.

Manifestations of anger in children.

As he grows up, the child becomes hysterical and learns to communicate in a different way what he likes or does not like. It also copes with frustrations more easily. Of course, you still have situations where you break down and show anger.

It is normal if it occurs within reasonable limits. Everything depends on the specific situation and the stage of development in which the child is at one time or another.

Traumatic experiences or difficult situations can greatly affect the child and cause problems in expressing anger, leading to problems in the family, the child's inability to control his anger, as well as other problems.

Signs of anger in a child

It is very important to detect the symptoms as soon as possible that indicate anger problems in a child.

• Observe their behavior and determine how often they have outbursts of anger. It also tries to determine how strong these are.
• Children, little ones, often scream when something goes wrong. However, you must determine if there is a risk to the child and other people.
• A sign that a child has certain problems controlling anger is also that the flashes occur too frequently or last for long periods of time.

How to help control anger.

The simple three-breath rule sometimes works. The most important thing to remember: we do not learn in the moment of hysteria. There are only three tasks:

• stop at the moment of anger;
• take it easy
• make a decision

It is important to change your attitude towards children's tantrums: they can be things that make you crazy and exhausting, but it also teaches you to better understand yourself, the children and the people around you, gives you the opportunity to acquire new skills and capabilities. It is our choice to suffer or learn and grow stronger.

If the child is allowed to continue showing bad behavior caused by anger, if it is not treated in time it is likely that this problem manifests itself in adolescence and even in adulthood.

The problems of anger over the years only intensify, and in adulthood lead to manifestations of cruelty. This, in turn, puts both the person experiencing anger and those around them at risk.
